  • Customer Data: content processed on your behalf when you use our AI services. For enterprise engagements, Mesonsoft acts as a data processor, processing Customer Data only according to your instructions, while you remain the data controller.

3. AI and Human Oversight

Our AI services are built on transparency and accountability:

  • Human oversight. We do not make solely-automated decisions with significant legal or similar effects about individuals without meaningful human review.
  • AI transparency. Where AI systems interact with you or process your data, we provide clear notice and honor applicable AI-transparency laws.
